Following the thrilling action in the battle in Carne Village, the war is expected to intensify in “Overlord” season 3 episode 12. Ainz is expected to join the war soon and unleash a powerful, super-tier spell.
The noblemen of the Re-Estize Kingdom will soon learn why they should not have underestimated Ainz. After Prince Barbro’s failure to seize control of Carne Village, King Ramposa III’s empire is expected to face another major defeat in “Overlord” season 3 episode 12.
Following the events of The Magic Caster of Destroy arc in the light novel series, it is very likely that “Overlord” season 3 episode 12’s battle will be led by no less than Ainz. Following the massacre and defeat of Prince Barbro’s men, forces of the Re-Estize Kingdom and the Sorcerer Kingdom will face at the Katze Plains.
The Re-Estize men will continue to underestimate Ainz’s power as well as his army. Based on the light novel arc, Ainz will make the first attack in “Overlord” season 3 episode 12 as 200 Death Knights and 300 other army troops flank their enemies.
However, the real eye-catching part of Ainz’s army in “Overlord” season 3 episode 12 consists of the undead monsters, called Soul Eaters, which Ainz’s forces are riding on. Marquis Raeven will then be informed that, in the past, three Soul Eaters were able to kill hundreds of thousands at once. Re-Estize men will then retreat but it will be too late.
Before the Re-Estize troops can fall back, Ainz will be casting a bright spell along with Mare and Anoch. It is likely that “Overlord” season 3 episode 12 will feature the scene where Ainz uses the super-tier spell Iä Shub-Niggurath.
In the light novel, Ainz was able to perform a first-of-its-kind war move, which is also expected to be shown in “Overlord” season 3 episode 12. Ainz’s spell will allow him to summon a total of five-level 90+ Dark Young monsters. This leads to the immediate death of thousands of soldiers of the Re-Estize. “Overlord” season 3 episode 12 will be released on Sept. 25.
