Procter & Gamble’s Oct. 22 webcast will cover fiscal first-quarter 2027 results, while its 1% to 3% fiscal 2027 growth outlook applies to the full year and offers no quarterly target.
During July-September 2025, P&G recorded $22.4 billion in net sales, a 3% year-over-year gain, while organic sales grew 2%. That quarter provides a prior-year comparison for the forthcoming figures. Its 3% reported-sales gain sits at the upper end of P&G’s annual range, although the two figures cover different periods.
P&G’s outlook calls for net sales and organic sales each to rise 1% to 3% during fiscal 2027. The measures differ: organic sales leave out foreign-exchange effects and the impact of acquisitions and divestitures, while net sales represent the reported total. The company presents organic sales as a non-GAAP measure distinct from reported net sales growth.
P&G’s latest reported period was the April-June 2026 quarter (fiscal Q4 2026). It posted $21.2 billion in net sales for that period, 2% higher than a year earlier, even as organic sales remained flat. Foreign exchange and rounding each contributed 1 percentage point to reported growth; volume, pricing and mix had no net effect. That means reported growth came without an increase in organic sales.
P&G said its full-year organic sales outlook incorporates a 30- to 50-basis-point reduction tied to discontinued brands, product forms and go-to-market approaches. That projected reduction is part of the context for the company’s 1% to 3% organic growth forecast.
P&G’s results discussion is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET (12:30 p.m. UTC) Oct. 22.
