PCM Fund, Inc. will pay shareholders $0.064240 per share on Dec. 1, with the board keeping its monthly distribution unchanged and Nov. 13 marking investor eligibility.

The board made the declaration Monday, Nov. 2. Shareholders on the fund’s records as of Nov. 13 are eligible for payment, and that date is also when the shares go ex-dividend.

On Sept. 30, annualized distribution rates stood at 14.49% relative to net asset value and 15.48% relative to market price. The figures measure distributions rather than investment performance and may include capital returned to shareholders.

The fund’s stated aims put current income first, with profits from investment sales as a secondary goal. A separate Dec. 1 distribution of $0.0395 per share from PIMCO Municipal Income Fund II was covered in our earlier report on that fund’s December payment.
