Paras Healthcare's ₹1,450 crore initial public offering drew bids for 2.23 times the shares on offer, with allotment expected Monday, Oct. 26, after subscriptions closed Oct. 23.

The offer had two parts: ₹500 crore in newly issued shares and ₹950 crore in shares sold by existing shareholders. Proceeds from the new shares go to the company; the sale proceeds go to the shareholders selling their stakes. The price band was ₹660 to ₹693 per share. Applicants bid in lots of 21 shares, costing ₹14,553 at the top of the band.

Paras Healthcare's red herring prospectus assigns ₹320.90 crore of net proceeds to repay or prepay the company's borrowings. Another ₹54.10 crore is earmarked for the same purpose at subsidiary PMHPL, with the remaining net proceeds for general corporate needs.

Unofficial grey-market readings varied. Credivant showed a ₹9-per-share premium on Oct. 26, while IPOWiz showed ₹12 on Oct. 25. Those figures equal about 1.3% and 1.7% of the ₹693 upper issue price, respectively. Such quotes are unofficial and do not guarantee a listing price.

Applicants can search MUFG Intime's application portal with a PAN, application number, DP/client ID or bank account details paired with an IFSC. The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) verification tool accepts a PAN or application number and displays allotment information supplied by the registrar. BSE also has an IPO status portal.

Paras reported a ₹43.83 crore profit after tax for fiscal 2026, following a ₹57.98 crore loss in fiscal 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹1,605.95 crore from ₹1,294.06 crore over the same period. The company's prospectus lists planned capacity for 2,211 beds across eight hospitals; 1,502 beds were operational as of June 30, 2026, according to EconoTimes' earlier coverage of the company's hospital capacity and cash generation.

The registrar's expected allotment result on Oct. 26 is the next step for applicants awaiting their share allocation.
