Pepsico's MTN DEW brand announced that its Baja Blast drink range will stay throughout 2024. This is good news to customers and fans as the products are usually being offered only at certain times of the year.
This means that MTN DEW's Baja Blast beverages will be on grocery and supermarket shelves all year long this year, making it a permanent item in 2024. The drink manufacturer said that the drink will be sold across the United States in two container options, which are the bottle and can versions, as per The Takeout.
Baja Blast at Taco Bell Throughout 2024
While MTN DEW's Baja Blast is available in various retail store outlets, it will also be sold in Taco Bell restaurants across the country. Customers of the popular fast-food chain can get their drinks in zero sugar, regular, or freeze variants. The beverages are also available via the store's drive-thrus.
The Baja Blast is one of the favorite drinks at Taco Bell locations because, as MTN DEW described the drink, it has a "Mexican-inspired tropical lime flavor." Thus, it goes so well with the restaurant's menu lineup.
BAJA BLAST Anniversary Promotion
As Pepsico celebrates the 20th anniversary of MTN DEW's Baja Blast drink range, it has launched the BAJAVERSARY event to offer different promotions for fans. The beverage brand will hold events throughout the year, and one of the affairs to watch out for is Baja Blast's first-ever participation at the upcoming Super Bowl LVIII, which is set to take place on Feb. 11.
"MTN DEW BAJA BLAST has cemented its place as a fan-favorite flavor in pop culture and as a staple in countless Taco Bell orders, so we knew we had to celebrate its 20th anniversary in a big way," MTN DEW's vice president of marketing, JP Bittencourt, said in a press release. "Nothing's better than giving fans what they've asked for, with a few additional surprises to keep the celebration going all year long."
He added, "Thank you to all the BAJA BLAST lovers over the last 20 years. Because of you, everyone nationwide can now buy the beloved flavor in-stores and as always, at Taco Bell, all year long and earn rewards while doing so that is a win-win."
Taco Bell's chief marketing officer, Taylor Montgomery, also commented, "Taco Bell and MTN DEW BAJA BLAST have become an iconic duo satisfying the cravings of our fans for the past 20 years, and it's been an extraordinary journey and as we embark on this BAJAVERSARY celebration with our friends at MTN DEW, we look forward to providing our loyal fans with more epic experiences and rewards to continue fueling their love for MTN DEW BAJA BLAST!"
