PITTSBURGH, Feb. 28, 2018 -- As of February 22, 2018, Pittsburgh Telephone Answering Service (PTAS) will be located at 11 Parkway Center, Suite 100, Pittsburgh, PA 15220. The company is moving from its Mansfield Avenue location.
The 24/7 live answering service has been expanding and its new location accommodates its growing business. In a message to existing customers, Operations Manager, Casey Meredith, stated “Your loyal support has helped us grow, and now we need more space to serve you better. We have been looking for a new home for the past few months and are happy to inform you we found it.” The 11 Parkway Center location will provide all of the same services but will accommodate more live telephone receptionists.
George Otte, President and CEO stated "We are convinced that this new venue will support our growth and represents a major company development from offering answering services to small businesses to call center solutions to enterprise-level businesses."
