CONCORD, Mass., Oct. 24, 2017 -- ProcessUnity, a leading provider of cloud-based applications for risk and compliance management, today introduced its Fall 2017 Release. The latest version of ProcessUnity’s platform includes more than 70 new features and enhancements that continue to reduce administrative tasks, make users more efficient and maximize program effectiveness. These new capabilities are available across all ProcessUnity risk and compliance applications, including Third-Party Risk Management, Policy and Procedure Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance Management, and Product and Service Offer Management.
Highlights of ProcessUnity’s Fall 2017 Release include:
- Even More Configuration Options – The Fall 2017 Release further extends customers’ ability to configure ProcessUnity solutions to their individual program requirements. New custom buttons provide customers with even more control over application workflows, while additional layout options and custom objects power personalized end-user experiences. With this release, customers can better tailor ProcessUnity to fit their processes with dynamic record setup and automatic issue creation.
- Productivity & Reporting Enhancements – ProcessUnity adds several new capabilities to its already easy-to-use interface to make users even more productive. Search extensions allow users to configure which keywords are included in queries. Persistent report headers, display window resizing and icon/emoji support improve control over the user interface and make reporting more effective. New file management improvements streamline the organization of attachments and reduce end-user clicks. Bulk assessments for individuals allow organizations to more readily distribute questionnaires, certification quizzes and surveys to employees.
- Vendor Risk Management Enhancements – Enhancements to ProcessUnity’s Vendor Risk Management module improve the quality of due diligence and ongoing assessments by reducing vendor fatigue. Updates to the Vendor Portal permit third parties (with permission) to keep their vendor profile data up-to-date. Via bulk attachments, vendors can upload all their policies in one step, and then link them to specific assessment responses as they answer individual questions. Assessment question serial numbers allow vendors to import responses from previously completed assessments to save time. An extension to dynamic scoping allows customers to automatically show or hide individual or groups of assessment questions based on inherent risk, service type and/or any related vendor attribute in the system. The new controls testing worksheet incorporates a vendor’s due diligence responses alongside the related controls to be tested for onsite controls assessments.
“Every company runs its risk and compliance programs differently. By continuing to extend the power and flexibility of our platform while maintaining ease of use, ProcessUnity can support companies of all sizes and program sophistication,” said Paul Carroll, Executive Vice President of Product and Engineering at ProcessUnity. “The key themes to our Fall 2017 release are flexibility and efficiency. We’re giving our customers more options to configure their programs and more tools to complete tasks with less effort.”
