Business Core Solutions (BCS) says its ProxyN unit will tie part of its monthly charge for enterprise AI agents to targets agreed with each customer, positioning the offer around measurable returns from AI spending.

BCS announced the service Oct. 15 and said it is available worldwide. Engagements begin with fixed-price discovery lasting one to three weeks. After that, the customer’s executive sponsor and ProxyN formalize the KPI, starting point, goal, measurement period and acceptance test in a signed Outcome Commitment, BCS said.

ProxyN’s website describes a one-time onboarding charge and calls the recurring payment a “salary.” BCS says the monthly charge funds monitoring, assistance, updates and adjustments to agent skills. Neither source gives dollar prices or the share of the fee tied to results, and BCS did not state what happens if a target is missed.

BCS says the catalog spans 45+ roles across nine business value chains; ProxyN’s website separately lists 45 agents. The company describes DIANA as flagging duplicate supplier invoices, CLARA as developing credit positions and preparing decisions, and SOFIA as using available capacity to commit to requested delivery dates. The Oct. 15 announcement did not name a customer using the new pricing arrangement or report results achieved under it.

ProxyN founding CEO Arul Arogyanathan said finance chiefs were asking, “where is the return?” from AI spending. A TELUS Digital-Parloa partnership announced Oct. 14 used a separate arrangement: the companies said clients could contract for Parloa’s platform and hire TELUS Digital separately for implementation and support.
