SPOKANE, Wash., March 24, 2016 -- RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) announced today the company has entered into a franchise license agreement with Triple E Investment Corporation, the owner of the High Country Inn at 3015 Riverside Drive in Susanville, California. The property is expected to convert to a Red Lion Inn & Suites in May 2016.
"It is exciting to partner with RLHC and bring the Red Lion Inn & Suites brand to Susanville," said Bill Ellena, of Triple E Investments. "We believe the company has the industry leading platforms and marketing acumen to continue to grow the performance of this property."
The hotel, a designated AAA three diamond property, has 66 guest rooms and 400 square feet of meeting space as well as an outdoor pool, spa and fitness center. Electric car charging stations will also be available for guests to utilize during their overnight stay.

Susanville is strategically located on Highway 395, the main thoroughfare 90 minutes northwest of Reno. The area is a well-known destination for outdoor recreation and water sports, with numerous lakes, three national forests and Lassen Volcanic National Park nearby.
