RWA.xyz valued Ondo-linked tokenized assets on Solana at $514.6 million as of Oct. 18, 2026, while Ondo Foundation disclosures say holders of the Ondo governance token (ONDO) have no claim on profits or distributions.

The Foundation’s token documentation identifies ONDO as the governance token for Ondo DAO and Flux Finance. Its CoinList risk factors say holding ONDO does not make someone a shareholder, member or beneficiary of Ondo or its affiliates. The disclosed governance functions cover a defined set of platform parameters and management of access roles. The document excludes claims on profits or revenue generated by Ondo, its affiliates or platforms, along with dividends or distributions.

On Jan. 21, Ondo made tokenized versions of more than 200 U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds available on Solana. A June 25 update expanded minting and redemption around the clock for eligible users of supported assets.

Ondo Finance said May 11 that its Ondo Stocks platform exceeded $1 billion in total value locked and reached $18 billion in cumulative trading volume in less than eight months. The company presented those amounts as measures of the platform’s scale and trading activity.

Ondo says returns on its stock tokens track the total returns of the securities they represent, while the Foundation’s risk factors limit ONDO holders to specified governance functions and exclude claims on profits, revenue, dividends or distributions. RWA.xyz’s asset-value snapshot, Ondo Stocks’ platform figures and ONDO’s governance rights describe separate measures and terms.

The distinction also has implications for DeFi collateral markets, as EconoTimes’ earlier analysis of tokenized-stock lending discusses.
