LAS VEGAS, April 18, 2018 -- Produced by the creators of the HR Technology Conference & Exposition® and chaired by talent acquisition expert Elaine Orler, the Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech Conference has opened its request for speaking proposals on topics that will help HR and talent acquisition teams improve effectiveness in candidate sourcing, recruitment marketing, interview management, pre-hire assessment, hiring and onboarding. The event will be held February 20 - 22, 2019 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Program chair Orler commented, “In this recruiting age of artificial intelligence and machine learning, our conference recognizes that optimal results are only achieved when the complexities of the best human involvement integrates with the best technology. Uniquely personal to every organization and candidate, talent acquisition involves both art and science, and only when that balance is struck can employers effectively attract and retain the best and brightest employees.”
The Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech Conference features presentations, workshops, peer-to-peer discussions and opportunities for networking. Along with valuable insights delivered by the world’s most renowned experts, attendees gain knowledge about recruiting strategies and talent acquisition technologies from the biggest expo in the recruiting industry.
Preference will be given to those proposals focused on new and innovative strategies and practices in recruiting/talent-acquisition. Additional requirements and further details can be accessed here. The deadline for speaker proposals is May 31, 2018.
Orler continued, “This is a very exciting – yet extremely challenging – time to be in the recruiting industry. Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech will give attendees the actionable information and tools needed to win the talent game.”
