Reliance Industries will consider a debt fundraising proposal alongside its September-quarter and half-year results at an Oct. 30 board meeting, putting financing and earnings on the same agenda.

An Oct. 27 notice to Indian exchanges says directors are scheduled to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the periods ended Sept. 30. The company is also weighing a private fundraising using redeemable non-convertible debentures that would be listed.

The securities may be secured or unsecured, and the sale could take place in multiple rounds. The notice gives no proposed amount, coupon, maturity or use of proceeds. It lists the fundraising for consideration and does not announce an approved issue.

For the quarter ended June 30, Reliance reported consolidated gross revenue of ₹340,257 crore and recurring EBITDA of ₹54,067 crore, according to its July 17 release. The company said those figures were up 24.5% and 10.1%, respectively, from a year earlier.

Reliance said an analyst meeting to discuss the results will follow the board session, though the filing does not give a time.
