Hedge & Sachs says its UAE licence covers financial consultations, while the Financial Times reports representatives of about 1,000 people are seeking an investigation over claimed Dh500 million investments.
Those represented say their investments totaled Dh500 million. The Financial Times also reported that payments had stopped and the company's Dubai offices had shut after it fell behind on rent. The figure is a claimed investment total, not a loss confirmed by a court or an amount awarded to claimants.
The company website lists Hedge and Sachs Financial Consultations L.L.C. as holding a Fifth Category: Arrangement and Advice licence for financial consultations only. It lists regulatory licence No. 20200000341 as licensed on Oct. 15, 2025, and valid through Dec. 31, 2026. The site also lists commercial licence No. 989102.
A company release dated Nov. 3, 2025, described forex-linked debenture funds, real-estate-backed securities and subscription-based investment programs. It called Hedge & Sachs an investment and asset-management platform regulated by the Securities & Commodities Authority (SCA). The company website says other group entities may have separate incorporation and regulatory arrangements, if at all.
In a May 28, 2024, alert, the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) said Hedge and Sachs Financing Broker LLC was not incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and did not have DFSA authorization for financial services or promotions there. The alert addressed that entity's DIFC status, separate from the later licence listed on Hedge & Sachs' website.
UK Companies House records show Hedge and Sachs Financing Brokers Ltd was dissolved through compulsory strike-off on Sept. 29, 2026. The company's 2025 release identified Shivansh Rachit as its founder and chairman; Companies House lists him as holding at least 75% of the dissolved company's shares and voting rights.
