The obverse side of the round features the words “Veterans Day” and “Honor and Gratitude” along the outer edge. Stamped in the center is a “reverse side American flag: which represents the forward movement of U.S. Armed Forces personnel. Surrounding the flag is a frosted ring with the words “Never was so much owed by so many to so few” within it. To the left and right of the flag are an American Star and RMC mint mark, respectively.
The reverse side reads “Land of the Free Because of the Brave,” and pictures a waving American flag background with an American Bald Eagle in the foreground. Surrounding the eagle are the words “American Sourced,” “American Made,” “.999 Fine Silver” and “One Troy Ounce.”
