A completed share sale put Revolut at a $115 billion valuation, more than twice its 2024 level, with employees able to offer shares for sale.

The figure is 53% higher than the company’s $75 billion valuation in November 2025. Revolut was valued at $45 billion in 2024.

The sale was led by Baillie Gifford, T. Rowe Price Associates, Coatue, Glade Brook Capital Partners and Durable Capital Partners. Both existing and new investors participated.

The sale’s total transaction value and the number of shares sold were not provided. The $115 billion figure is the company’s valuation; it does not show how much cash changed hands.
