An East Hills stake valued at $55 million is part of RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust’s plans, alongside about $100 million for 2026 retail infill, laying out its capital priorities for the year.

For its commercial properties, RioCan is maintaining a 4% to 4.5% projection for same-property net operating income growth. The trust’s Core FFO outlook puts the per-diluted-unit figure near the top of a C$1.60 to C$1.62 range. There is no standardized definition for Core FFO, a non-IFRS measure.
