A market snapshot put Ripple USD (RLUSD) at $1.00 as of 8:39 a.m. ET (13:39 UTC) Nov. 3, with the token down 0.01% over 24 hours as two other stablecoins also fell.
Tether (USDT) traded at $0.9987, down 0.01% over the same period.
United Stables (U) was priced at $0.9982, also 0.01% lower.
Both USDT and United Stables were priced below RLUSD in the snapshot.
Circulation totaled $2.3828 billion and reserves $2.528 billion. New York lists RLUSD among assets virtual currency entities are approved to issue.
The burn reduced the number of authorized tokens. Crypto-market participants use USDT for trading and liquidity.
A transfer of the same amount was dated Nov. 1, but the two transactions do not establish Binance’s overall USDT flow.
