IPO Premium's tracker showed bids for 1.23 times the available shares in Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited's IPO on its final bidding day. The offer is a sale of existing shares, so proceeds go to current shareholders rather than providing new capital to the company.
IPO Premium posted a snapshot on Oct. 19.
Grey-market trackers gave estimates of ₹24 to ₹26 per share. That range implies a premium of about 7% to 8% against the reported ₹344 upper price band. IPOji and IPO Premium published the estimates; they are unofficial readings. Moneycontrol and Business Standard reported a ₹327-to-₹344 price band and a maximum offer value of ₹4.75 billion.
The SEBI-hosted abridged prospectus describes an offer for sale of up to 13,822,116 shares, with no fresh issue. Named sellers include Shree Hari Trust, Dhirajkumar Savjibhai Vasoya, Samara Capital Markets Holding Limited, Kotak Pre-IPO Opportunities Fund and NHPEA Sparkle Holding B.V. The filing says it cannot guarantee sustained trading or the price shares will fetch after listing.
The prospectus reports restated profit after tax of ₹690.82 million for the year ended March 31, 2026, compared with ₹251.52 million in FY25. Revenue from operations rose to ₹12,105.04 million from ₹10,248.79 million.
The company’s portfolio spans coronary stents and balloons, TAVI systems and occluders used in vascular intervention and structural heart care. Vascular intervention products accounted for 61.14% of FY26 revenue from operations, while Supraflex Cruz accounted for 37.17% of FY26 revenue from operations. The filing identifies regulatory requirements, supply dependence and reliance on vascular intervention products among its business risks.
The prospectus lists Monday, Oct. 19, as the final bidding day and proposes a listing on BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India without specifying a listing date.
