A House financial disclosure says U.S. Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar sold part of her SpaceX stake in a transaction worth $1,001 to $15,000 after two August purchases.

The filing records a Sept. 24 transaction in a UBS IRA. It records notification on Oct. 1, and Salazar signed the disclosure electronically on Oct. 7.

A prior filing covers two purchases made Aug. 12, one in a UBS IRA and one in a UBS brokerage account. Both were valued in the same $1,001-to-$15,000 range. Salazar’s electronic signature on that report is dated Sept. 9.

The disclosure gives a value bracket rather than a precise trade total. It identifies no share quantity or exact sale amount, and it does not explain the reason for the transaction. The documents provide no basis for connecting the sale to Salazar’s congressional responsibilities.
