Renders of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 have surfaced as a follow-up to the revealed renders of the Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Leaks: A Familiar Design with Subtle Enhancements
Similar to numerous foldable devices that came before it, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 does not contain many marvels for those who are already acquainted with it. As we unfurled the renders, Android Authority contemplated their potential implications for the forthcoming clamshell foldable.
We wouldn't reprimand you for mistaking leaked renders of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 by OnLeaks and Smartprix for renders of the Galaxy Z Flip 5.
These leaked renders of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 appear identical to those of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 at first inspection. It is stated that the cover display measures 3.4 inches in height, whereas the inner folding display measures 6.7 inches.
The sole discernible alteration is the addition of one microphone hole to the phone's top, bringing the total to two compared to its antecedent.
Appearingly, the majority of distinctions between the Galaxy Z Flip 6 are reflected in its dimensions. The source indicates that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will have the following dimensions: 165.0 x 71.7 x 7.4mm, as opposed to the Galaxy Z Flip 5's 165.1 x 71.9 x 6.9 mm.
The sole significant modification is a marginally thicker body, which suggests a possible slight augmentation in battery capacity.
Incremental Updates Expected for Galaxy Z Flip 5 Amidst Competitive Rivalry
Based on the leaked renders, it can be inferred that an additional year of incremental revisions is forthcoming. The Flip 5's larger cover screen compared to the Flip 4 is to Samsung's credit; however, rival clamshell foldables feature even larger displays and superior cameras.
Fans will not learn more about the Galaxy Z Flip 5 until it is officially released, but a separate leak indicates that the new foldable could be available for purchase in mid-July of this year.
