New leaks disclosing the Galaxy S24 FE's model numbers and official name have contributed to the series' anticipation as Samsung advances the device's production.
Leak Unveils Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Details
Samsung's upcoming smartphone, the Galaxy S24 FE, has begun development. The company is getting ready to launch a new smartphone in the highly anticipated Galaxy S lineup, and images of it have surfaced online. Android Headlines reported that a listing verifies the model numbers and name of the Galaxy S24 FE.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE model numbers consist of the following: SM-S721B, SM-S721U, SM-S721W, and SM-S721N. The forthcoming smartphone will be formally distributed in various markets, including Canada, America, and Korea.

The Galaxy FE line is said to grow into other product categories, like earphones and smartwatches. Consider the Galaxy Watch FE as an example. The company also intends to release an enhanced model of the Galaxy Watch 4.
Exploring the Galaxy S24 FE's New Features
Although the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE specifications are unclear, they hold some expectations. The Galaxy S24 FE is said to have a screen similar to the S23 FE, and as with previous FE variants, the Galaxy S24 FE may have two different chipsets.
The last model, Galaxy S23 FE, used Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset in some territories and Samsung's Exynos 2200 chipset in others. A similar chipset variance may appear in the Galaxy S24 FE across regions.
Enhanced AI and Battery Features in New Galaxy S24 FE
Aside from these changes, the Galaxy FE series could have other features that will make fans happy. Customers will benefit from the Galaxy AI features with the S24 family and the new camera features. Improvements on the battery front are anticipated concurrently. The Galaxy S23 FE's 4500mAh battery could be charged quickly with a 25W cable. It's said that the Galaxy S24 FE can make this better.
Galaxy Club says the S24 FE's codename is also known as the R12. The release date is still unknown, but considering the current stage of development, a launch in the summer or early autumn seems unlikely.
It's more probable to expect the Galaxy S24 FE to debut in late autumn or early 2025, mirroring the release pattern of its predecessor, the S23 FE, which was available in limited markets at the end of 2023 and in many others early in 2024.
