He has provided expert testimony on a wide range of financial, strategic, and economic matters on more than 150 occasions at the state, provincial, and federal levels for numerous leading energy companies and financial institutions throughout North America. Prior to joining ScottMadden, Bob served as managing partner at Sussex Economic Advisors, LLC.
The new Rates, Regulation, & Planning practice helps clients adapt to regulatory changes and policy developments driven by today’s ever-changing energy markets. The consulting and operating experience of the practice team members in these markets provides a unique direct perspective on market developments. “We are pleased to provide our clients with a team of accomplished professionals with considerable experience in utility regulation, who collectively have appeared as experts in several hundred regulatory proceedings throughout North America. Our team combines operating experience as utility executives with the economic, financial, and regulatory consulting expertise needed to provide the rigorous and practical solutions demanded by the rapidly evolving energy and regulatory environments,” says Mr. Hevert.
“There is a rapidly growing need for rates and regulatory expertise and support throughout the energy industry,” adds Brad Kitchens, president and CEO of ScottMadden. “ScottMadden is excited to have what I believe is the premier regulatory practice in the industry.
