Atlanta, GA, March 20, 2018 -- ScottMadden, Inc., a general management consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Andy Flores to Corporate Practice Leader. As of January 1, Mr. Flores has taken this new position, which was created to support the growth of the firm. In this role, Mr. Flores will focus on continuing to build and enhance ScottMadden’s people, culture, and the infrastructure needed to support these areas. Mr. Flores will also continue to serve as a line partner working with clients in energy and shared services.

Mr. Flores has been with the firm since 2005 and has specialized in strategy development, operations improvement and process redesign, supply chain management, shared services implementation, and project management.
“Andy is one of the growing leaders at ScottMadden, and this expanded leadership role will allow Andy to assist me and the other practice area leaders with a range of firm matters, while also continuing to support and provide counsel to his clients,” said Brad Kitchens, president and CEO of ScottMadden.

Prior to joining ScottMadden, Andy spent six years at McMaster-Carr Supply Company, a multibillion-dollar industrial supply company. During his time at McMaster-Carr, he held a variety of positions, including regional manager, sales development and marketing manager, and physical distribution manager. Additionally, Andy served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Andy graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from the University of North Carolina and received an M.B.A. from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
