CLEVELAND, May 07, 2018 -- OnShift®, a leader in human capital management software for post-acute care and senior living, is delighted to announce that Lisa Fordyce has joined the OnShift executive team in a newly created position, Executive Vice President of Enterprise Development for Senior Living.
Lisa Fordyce brings a wealth of senior living experience to OnShift, having started her career as a caregiver and expanding into operations leadership. She has held senior executive operations positions at national senior housing organizations, leading overall business strategies and day-to-day operations to deliver quality resident care and services.
Throughout her career, Fordyce has focused on delivering results while leading teams with a pursuit for innovation with integrity, creativity and empathy. She is one of the most widely recognized operations leaders in the senior living profession and is known for her ability to make an impact by emphasizing both business and quality care. Prior to joining OnShift, Lisa was Chief Operating Officer at Senior Lifestyle Corporation, leading the overall operational strategies. She has also held operations management positions with Emeritus Senior Living and ARV Assisted Living.
