Investors tracking India’s September-quarter earnings have seven major board reviews to watch Tuesday, Oct. 27, while Tata Steel’s meeting has moved to Nov. 7 under a revised company notice.

The companies are Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj Auto, Cipla, Tata Capital, Indus Towers and Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders. Their boards are scheduled to consider second-quarter FY27 results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026. The notices set dates for board consideration; they do not include financial results.

Maruti Suzuki’s Oct. 9 notice, Cipla’s financial calendar and Indus Towers’ results calendar each list Oct. 27. L&T’s board calendar, Bajaj Auto’s filing, Tata Capital’s Oct. 13 notice and Mazagon Dock’s Oct. 22 filing also set the date. The schedules make Oct. 27 a concentrated reporting date, though the meeting notices generally do not specify when results will be released.

Bajaj Auto’s notice covers unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year, and says the company will submit them immediately after its meeting. L&T has scheduled an investor call on its quarterly and first-half results for 10 a.m. ET (14:00 UTC) Tuesday.

Tata Capital’s board is due to consider a proposal to raise the limit of its medium-term note program. Mazagon Dock’s agenda includes consideration of an interim dividend for FY27.

Tata Steel’s revised notice, dated Oct. 24, rescheduled its board meeting from Oct. 27 to Nov. 7. Its earlier appearance on Oct. 27 calendars predates that change.

Published counts for the day vary. LiveMint reported more than 100 companies due to announce earnings, while Moneycontrol listed 104. A MonuKeer calendar tally based on NSE data retrieved Oct. 22 showed 77, but included Tata Steel before its revised notice. That figure reflects an earlier schedule, and the company notices do not establish a single current total for all companies reporting that day.
