ATLANTA, Feb. 28, 2018 -- Sharecare, the digital health company helping people manage all their health in one place, today announced that its co-founder, Dr. Mehmet Oz, will be featured during a special session at The Conference Board’s 18th Annual Employee Health Care Conference in New York City.
On Thursday, March 8 at 1:40 p.m., Dr. Oz will interview two of Sharecare’s client partners – David Hoke, senior director of Associate Health and Wellbeing at Walmart; and Andrew Johnson, Deputy Commissioner of Georgia’s Department of Community Health. During this breakout session entitled, “Creating Sustained Engagement Through Personalized Employee Health,” Hoke and Johnson will discuss how they are working with Sharecare to not only improve the health and well-being of each of their employees, but also reduce costs and increase the personal capacity of their broader populations.
“While I often interview health advocates and enthusiasts, it’s a rare treat to share the stage with two organizations as committed to improving the health and wellness of their colleagues as Walmart and the State of Georgia,” said Dr. Oz. “I look forward to hosting these population health leaders at The Conference Board to discuss how we are partnering to disrupt the status quo of workplace health while delivering their employees with shockingly relevant and personalized experiences, no matter where they are in their health journey.”
