Singapore Airlines will keep flights between Singapore and Dubai canceled through Feb. 28, 2027, extending a suspension that allows affected passengers to seek refunds for unused ticket portions.

The affected services are SQ494 from Singapore to Dubai and SQ495 from Dubai to Singapore. The airline cited the geopolitical situation in the Middle East. Its advisory was updated at 11:30 p.m. ET Oct. 29 (03:30 UTC Oct. 30).

Customers can request a full refund for the unused part of an affected ticket. Those who booked directly with Singapore Airlines can submit an assistance request. Passengers who booked through a travel agent or partner airline should contact that provider.

The airline first posted the advisory on March 1, 2026. Its first-quarter results, released in July, said Dubai services remained suspended as of June 30.

Singapore Airlines has not provided a restart date after Feb. 28, 2027. It said, “As the situation remains fluid, other SIA flights may be affected.”
