Six corporate actions at Indian companies are scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 4, when five interim dividends and a one-for-one bonus issue share the ex-date and record date, giving investors a common eligibility date.

The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) lists Godrej Consumer Products and Privi Speciality Chemicals at ₹5 a share apiece. Coal India’s second interim dividend is ₹10.25 for each ₹10 of face value; Symphony’s is ₹2 a share, and Asian Paints’ is ₹5.75.

For Concord Biotech, the 1:1 bonus ratio pairs each existing share with one bonus share for an eligible holder. The exchange lists Nov. 4 as both the ex-date and record date for this issue and the five dividends.

Based on the NSE’s corporate-action calendar and its 2026 equities holiday schedule, Tuesday, Nov. 3, is the regular trading session before the six Nov. 4 ex-dates. Coal India said in a filing to the NSE that it will pay the dividend by Nov. 27.
