Solana accounted for 60% of meme-market trading in a Thursday, Nov. 5 snapshot, taking the largest share of about $203 million as total turnover rose 26.6% over the preceding 24-hour period.
The Solana category generated about $122 million. Robinhood's $50.61 million made up 25% of all activity, and BNB's $14.56 million represented 7.2%. The three categories together accounted for 92.2%, leaving 7.8% for other tracked markets.
Arc led the major markets in daily volume growth, rising 109.9%. The leading named projects by reported turnover were cirBTC, Bitcoin (BTC) and PONS. Volume measures the value of trades; it does not show whether an asset's price rose or fell.
The distribution differed from an earlier EconoTimes meme-market snapshot, which put Solana at 54.7% of about $168 million in activity. Robinhood represented 30.5% and BNB 11.6% in that reading, with the three categories making up 96.8% combined. In the latest snapshot, Solana's share was 5.3 percentage points higher, while Robinhood's was 5.5 points lower and BNB's was 4.4 points lower.
The two readings capture separate 24-hour periods, rather than every change in between. Total turnover was higher in the latest snapshot, while the combined share of Solana, Robinhood and BNB was lower by 4.6 percentage points. The increase in trading activity does not establish that token prices rose; the report measures turnover, not price performance.
