DURHAM, N.C., April 05, 2018 -- SolarWinds MSP, a global leader in delivering comprehensive, scalable IT service management solutions to IT solution providers and MSPs, today announced it earned a 5-Star rating from CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company®, in the IT channel publication’s 2018 Partner Program Guide. This is the tenth year the company’s channel partner program has received the prestigious rating.
The CRN annual guide is the definitive listing of partner programs from technology vendors that provide products and services through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program Guide rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
“Empowering our partners with the technology, tools, training, business resources, and best practices needed to serve as a strategic and successful MSP has always been a priority at SolarWinds MSP,” said John Pagliuca, general manager, SolarWinds MSP. “Thank you to CRN for recognizing our continued leadership and investments in partner development and business enablement.”
With more than 20,000 MSP partners worldwide, SolarWinds MSP continues to innovate and invest in the success of its partners. In the past year, it strengthened and expanded its partner-focused Empower MSP events and extended its comprehensive lineup of RMM, cloud-based email malware protection and spam filtering, PSA, remote control, security, and backup solutions. In March 2018, SolarWinds MSP announced a new single-sign-on (SSO) login system that adds greater consistency and security to the SolarWinds MSP array of managed services.
To determine the 2018 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company research team assessed each vendor’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support, and communication.
“Finding the right technology vendor to partner with can be a daunting task, given the vast array of choices now available to solution providers,” said Robert Faletra, executive chairman, The Channel Company. “CRN’s Partner Program Guide and 5-Star ratings help them narrow the field and find the best fit, identifying the most rewarding partner programs and providing crucial insight into their strengths and benefits. We are pleased to present our 2018 PPG list, recognizing the strongest and most successful partner programs in the channel today.”
The 2018 Partner Program Guide will be featured in the April issue of CRN and online at CRN.com
