Near $83,000, Bitcoin (BTC) traders added fresh exit orders during the week through Oct. 21, but the postings showed intended positioning rather than completed sales.

The orders aimed to reduce exposure or take profits. Their presence alone does not show that Bitcoin changed hands.

Some accounts planned to exit all their positions if BTC rebounded. Other large traders revised prices on existing orders as they sought to cut or leave positions; those adjustments were separate from the new orders.

Buy orders also sat below the market. Those bids and the exit orders showed desired trading levels, but their presence did not establish that a transaction took place.
