Kite Consulting Group, the provider financial recruitment hires throughout Europe, has launched a specialist site – ‘Blocktribe’ – that lists the best blockchain-related jobs across the world.
“Blocktribe finds and curates the best blockchain jobs in the world”, the website reads.
Blocktribe, the first of its kind for blockchain in Europe, is a central go-to source of jobs in this area. It builds on Kite’s award of Best Banking/Financial Services Recruitment Agency at the 2016 Recruiter Awards, by creating a central place for businesses to find talent in this rapidly growing job market.
Currently, very few people are working directly with blockchain technologies, and as such there is a high demand for talent. Blocktribe will enable job posters, including start-ups and existing businesses interested in innovation, to access job seekers with the variety of skills required to further the growth of this fast-growing sector. It will source information technologists and candidates with financial infrastructure experience; whether their background is in business or technology.
According to the official release, over one hundred blockchain roles have been already advertised. Leading companies in the digital currency and blockchain ecosystem including Circle, Bitpay, Gatcoin, BNY Mellon, Deloitte and Elliptic are all listing jobs on the site at launch.
“At Kite, we understand how businesses hire A-Players. We believe blockchain is revolutionary technology and needs a place where everyone who wants to be involved can find work or new staff”, Daniel Halstead, CEO and Founder, Kite Consulting Group, and Founder of Blocktribe, said. “We are delighted to launch Blocktribe, and think it will provide significant benefit to both job seekers and job posters alike. We know that firms currently have a significant issue finding and hiring people experienced in blockchain, due to the emerging nature of the technology. Companies need access to job seekers interested and excited by this ground-breaking development. Blocktribe fills that gap and we hope will source the world’s best blockchain jobs.”
