MIRAMAR, Fla., Nov. 29, 2017 -- From the Puget Sound to Montego Bay, Spirit Airlines (NASDAQ:SAVE) is expanding its ultra-low fare options just in time for spring, with 11 new routes to some of the world’s best vacation destinations. Beginning in March and April of 2018, Spirit will launch new year-round service from Baltimore/Washington, Tampa and Orlando to some top travel hot spots. Spirit will also begin seasonal service to Seattle from four new cities and connect Detroit to San Diego and Portland, Oregon. While the routes and destinations vary widely, this new service delivers on Spirit’s promise to bring more service to cities in need of low fares, enabling more guests to save on travel and plan that dream getaway. The new service includes:

This month, Spirit also announced it will begin serving Columbus, Ohio and Richmond, Virginia early next year. These two new cities will bring Spirit’s growing network to 62 total destinations, with even more expected in the year ahead.
