Stellar Leads RWA Tokenization Growth With $36.4M Inflow

Stellar Leads RWA Tokenization Growth With $36.4M Inflow.

Stellar (XLM) emerged as the leading blockchain for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization growth after attracting $36.4 million in new market value over the past 24 hours.

The market capitalization of tokenized RWAs across the top 10 blockchain networks increased by $96.5 million during the period, according to RWA Foundation data citing Token Terminal. Stellar captured roughly 37% of the total daily expansion, putting the network firmly in first place.

BNB Chain ranked second with $23.2 million in growth. Together, Stellar and BNB Chain represented about 62% of net RWA inflows. XLayer added $9.8 million, while Solana recorded an increase of $7.7 million.

Stellar's performance highlights its growing position as a blockchain infrastructure provider for institutional tokenization. Although the ecosystem has only 72 launched RWA projects, the average capital allocated to each initiative exceeds $48 million. By comparison, Solana averages about $1.4 million per project.

At the beginning of October, the total value of distributed real-world assets on Stellar reached $3.47 billion, representing growth of 5.86% over the previous 30 days. Monthly RWA transfer volume also jumped 45% to $581.5 million.

Major regulated financial products remain key contributors to Stellar's RWA ecosystem. These include the €1.225 billion Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund, Ondo U.S. Dollar Yield with $536.89 million, and Franklin Templeton's BENJI at $513.78 million.

Stellar's low transaction costs, Soroban smart contract infrastructure and built-in compliance capabilities have helped make the network attractive to financial institutions seeking blockchain-based asset tokenization.

Rising institutional activity has also supported broader network usage. Stellar recently reached a peak of 217.4 transactions per second, while its decentralized finance ecosystem climbed to $273 million in total value locked.

The blockchain also hosts a $409.9 million stablecoin market, which generated approximately $10.1 billion in transfer volume over the past 30 days, further strengthening Stellar's role in the expanding RWA tokenization market.
