An Oct. 26 Form 8-K puts Strive’s treasury at 43,000 BTC on Oct. 23 and reports purchases totaling 6,182 BTC during the preceding week.
The company's Oct. 26 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission said the purchases averaged $82,732 per coin, including fees and expenses. Strive had previously reported its 36,818 BTC balance as of Oct. 16.
Additional shares would accrue dividends at a 15% annual rate. Strive expects to fund cash payments mainly through further capital raising.
Strive has set no allocation for Bitcoin (BTC) purchases. At its earlier average purchase price, estimated net proceeds would cover about 7,345 BTC if spent entirely on the asset.
The proposed funds would track indexes that start with 95% equities and 5% Bitcoin exposure.
