Sun Pharma will present long-term results from a 205-patient study of UNLOXCYT (cosibelimab-ipdl) in advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in Madrid on Oct. 24. The company said complete responses were reported in 34.4% of patients with locally advanced disease, compared with 16.7% and 20.6% in two metastatic cohorts.
The update from the CK-301-101 study reported objective response rates of 53.1% in the locally advanced cohort and 51.3% and 44.4% in the metastatic cohorts. Median follow-up ranged from 29.9 months to 49.9 months. Sun Pharma estimated that 68.6% to 81.8% of patients who responded would still be responding two years later.
Sun Pharma also reported grade 3 immune-related adverse events in 2.9% of patients, with no grade 4 events or immune-related adverse events leading to death. The poster is scheduled for Oct. 24 from 6 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. ET (12 to 12:45 p.m. CEST).
