Traders gained a new route to the NEAR token (NEAR) in Sunrise’s Solana markets on Thursday, Oct. 15. NEAR Intents provides cross-chain access to the markets.
The initial rollout covers NEAR alone. NEAR Intents uses an outcome-based model: users specify what they want to achieve, and solvers work across networks to complete the transaction.
Sunrise plans to bring NEAR Intents into its app and add more assets to the platform.
NEAR’s Solana availability predates the Sunrise listing: NEAR had already gained access through an Orb Markets route announced in December 2025. The latest addition expands the token’s options on Solana rather than introducing it to the network.
