Susan is skilled at working at the most senior levels, helping leaders and their teams accomplish their strategic objectives. She consults with boards, CEOs, and management teams on executive assessment and coaching, senior team effectiveness, leading transformational change, and CEO succession. She has worked in a variety of industries, including law, insurance, scientific instrumentation, industrial, and consumer packaged goods and with private equity firms. Her clients range from small family businesses to global Fortune 500 companies.
