Tesla's Cybertruck has been transformed by Archimedes Defense and Unplugged Performance into a military-grade vehicle, boasting enhanced armor and off-grid capabilities, designed for the most demanding environments.
Cybertruck Transformed Into a Formidable Weapon
In a recent partnership, a seasoned Tesla tuner and a supplier of high-power solutions for military and government applications have created the most awesome Cybertruck versions ever.
Archimedes Defense and Unplugged Performance's specialized fleet subsidiary, UP.FIT has now unveiled the Cybertruck STING, an upgrade that transforms the brutalist all-electric pickup truck into a formidable weapon.
The Cybertruck is taken to new levels of toughness and autonomy with the STING upgrade, which is atop Unplugged Performance's "Invincible" off-road components. Because of this, neither government agencies nor defense contractors nor daring civilians will be disappointed by the STING enhancements.
STING Baja Built for Off-Grid Survival
Teslarati shares that the Cybertruck STING is available in three different versions. The first is the STING Baja, built to survive off-grid; the second is the STING Protector, with bolt-on armor plating that can take 7.62mm assault rifle rounds; and the third is the STING APC, with bolt-on armor and enhanced IED/mine protection that can take 14.5mm heavy machine gun rounds.
There is nothing quite like any of the STING varieties. For example, the STING Baja incorporates an 800V genset borrowed from aviation that is both lightweight and installed on the trunk; it is capable of running on Jet A, JP-8, diesel, and biodiesel.
Because of this, the Cybertruck STING Baja may charge itself using any fuel source that is accessible. For use in off-the-grid or disaster-stricken locations, the vehicle comes with a NACS charging cord and adapters.
Military Contracts Inspire STING Enhancements
Contracts with the military appear to have been the inspiration for the STNG Protector and the APC. Because of its bulletproof construction and, specifically, the APC's resistance to 14.5mm heavy machine gun rounds, the Cybertruck is capable of withstanding the harshest and most perilous environments.
With the option to add the STING Protector and APC to the STING Baja's genset, this improved all-electric pickup truck can stay powered up for a long time, no matter where you are.
