Texas Capital Bancshares Inc. projects fourth-quarter salaries and benefits at $125 million to $130 million, within a broader expense plan that exceeds Q3 as noninterest income eases.

At its Oct. 21 earnings call, Texas Capital put fourth-quarter noninterest expenses at $205 million to $210 million, after $203.924 million in Q3. Its noninterest income range is $70 million to $75 million, following $81.643 million in the third quarter.

Roughly $80 million is assigned to other noninterest expenses. Investment banking and sales and trading are projected to generate $45 million to $50 million of noninterest income in Q4.

Restructuring costs accounted for $4.343 million of noninterest expenses in Q3. Excluding that amount leaves an adjusted expense figure of $199.581 million.

For 2026, Texas Capital's noninterest income target stands at $295 million to $300 million. It expects noninterest expense to grow at a mid- to high-single-digit pace from the $768.9 million recorded in 2025.
