“The Curse of Oak Island” season 6 is expected to air soon. And before a new installment arrives, executive producer Kevin Burns previously hinted at a possible appearance of “Ancient Aliens” host Giorgio Tsoukalos.
First, it is important to note that the “Ancient Aliens” and “The Curse of Oak Island” are both produced by Burns’ company, Prometheus Entertainment. So seeing Tsoukalos in an episode of “The Curse of Oak Island” season 6 is not impossible.
Nothing is set in stone yet about Tsoukalos joining Rick and Marty Lagina in an episode of “The Curse of Oak Island” season 6. But this possibility was suggested by no less than the shows’ EP, so for fans to see this happening for real will not be surprising.
In an earlier interview with Monsters & Critics, Burns revealed that Marty suggested the “Ancient Aliens” crew investigate some unexplained activities in Sardinia. Marty then joined Tsoukalos in “Ancient Aliens” season 13 episode 8. “And maybe you’ll see Giorgio coming up to [‘The Curse of Oak Island’ season 6],” Burns teased.

Meanwhile, the reason to bring in Tsoukalos’ on an episode of “The Curse of Oak Island” season 6 might have something to do with something they have started investigating in the previous season. It can be recalled that the subject of the Ark of Covenant was one of the highlights of season 5. In the same interview, Burns confirmed they are still looking into the possibility that it was a “secret object” buried by the Knights Templar after taking it from Jerusalem.
“That is still a very potent theory and if one connects the Ark of the Covenant to what is alleged to be effectively an extraterrestrial device,” Burns continued. He then confirmed that the investigation of the medieval cross they discovered will be an important topic in “The Curse of Oak Island” season 6.
History has yet to announce a release date for “The Curse of Oak Island” season 6. But reports note that the show may return sometime this fall.
