Bajaj Finance shares appeared above their 20-day simple moving average (SMA) in a Sunday live update from The Economic Times, but a second reading on the same page seven seconds later was lower.

At 10:50:59 p.m. ET Sunday (03:50:59 UTC Monday), the outlet listed the share at ₹949.70, up 1.13%, against a ₹949.30 SMA. Its page overview showed ₹947.55 at 10:51:06 p.m. ET (03:51:06 UTC), below the same average. An SMA is the mean price across a 20-session window.

Bajaj Finance’s Oct. 1 filings said shareholders were scheduled to consider a qualified institutions placement of up to ₹11,700 crore and a preferential issue of warrants for up to ₹5,800 crore to Bajaj Finserv, subject to required approvals. The extraordinary general meeting was set for 2:15 a.m. ET Monday (07:15 UTC). EconoTimes previously covered the capital plan. The filings do not link the proposals to the share-price readings.
