NEW YORK, May 16, 2017 -- The Klein Law Firm announces that a class action complaint has been filed on behalf of shareholders of Alliance MMA, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMMA) who purchased shares pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s Stock Offering on or about October 6, 2016. The action, which was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, alleges that the Company violated federal securities laws.
