Kalale is responsible for Theorem’s Indian operations in Bangalore and Mysore and has had increasing responsibility for Theorem’s expansion efforts in the APAC region. Since joining Theorem in 2011, he has managed the delivery of an increasingly diverse portfolio of digital media services and has bolstered the company’s infrastructure and capabilities so it can support clients across regions, cultures, and languages. In addition, he has spearheaded automation initiatives to improve Theorem’s delivery capabilities.
Under Kalale’s leadership, Theorem has received ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management certification as well as ISO 97001:2013 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) certification, ensuring Theorem has consistent, reliable and scalable processes to deliver high levels of quality services to its clients.
Kalale brings more than 24 years of experience in software products and outsourced and offshore services, including 19+ years in Silicon Valley where he held senior-level positions in start-up and established product and services companies.
As innovation and global delivery is key to Theorem’s global growth plans, Kalale will play a major role in the company’s delivery roadmap, managing the changing expectations and requirements of clients in the digital media space.
