‘This Is Us’ Season 3 Episode 10 Air Date, Spoilers: Mid-Season Break Schedule; Here’s What to Expect When the Series Returns

“This Is Us” season 3 episode 10 will not be shown this year as the NBC drama will take a short hiatus for the holidays. This means that episode 9 titled “The Beginning Is the End Is the Beginning” was the midseason’s finale and Nov. 27’s telecast would be the last tearjerker to air in 2018.

The wait for the next “This Is Us” episode may take longer but fans can watch specials in its place as NBC prepared festive shows to match with the holiday season. In any case, it was suggested that the show may not return for six weeks so finding out what will happen next may take a while.

Then again, the preview for “This Is Us” season 3 episode 10 was released so here is an idea of what will take place after the ninth chapter. In the midseason finale, Kevin (Justin Hartley) found the ville where his father Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) once served. Although his trip to Vietnam was not really fruitful, he will continue to dig deeper in order to find answers about his dad’s past life.

Most probably, the best thing that he discovered during his exploration was the fact that Nicky (Michael Angarano), his uncle and father’s brother, is alive. He is living well in Pennsylvania and what exactly happened to him would be revealed in “This Is Us” season 3 episode 10.

The upcoming episode will also center on Kate (Chrissy Metz) who found out that she and Toby (Chris Sullivan) are having a baby boy. Elsewhere, Randall (Sterling K. Brown) continues with his campaign despite the fact that he has been getting very low turn out in the polls.

Finally, “This Is Us” season 3 episode 10 will feature a time jump to the future. Rebecca’s (Mandy Moore) kids and in-laws were shown coming over to see her but the reason for their visit could be considered a cliffhanger.

“This is Us” season 3 episode 10 is returning on Jan. 15, 2019 at 9 p.m. on NBC.
