A 7-year-old girl died after being shot in a southern Gaza tent Monday, as strikes and gunfire killed two other Palestinians and injured five during a ceasefire, Anadolu reported.

Gaza’s Health Ministry said at least 1,551 Palestinians had been killed and 5,573 injured since the ceasefire took effect Oct. 10, 2025. The ministry had counted 1,547 deaths and 5,559 injuries on Saturday, according to EconoTimes’ earlier report on Gaza strikes.

A source at Nasser Hospital said the bodies of the girl and two young men arrived from Bir 19, west of Khan Younis, after an airstrike and gunfire. Displaced Palestinians were living in tents there, witnesses told Anadolu.

Witnesses said several Israeli drone strikes killed one of the men and moderately injured four other people. They said Israeli military vehicles fired toward the tents while Israel-backed gunmen fired in the surrounding area. The girl and the second man died during the gunfire, the witnesses said.

A medical source said Israeli gunfire moderately injured a woman near Ard al-Shawa, east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza. Witnesses described a limited advance by Israeli military vehicles east of the city amid heavy gunfire.

Anadolu also reported Israeli artillery shelling east of Khan Younis. In northern Gaza, witnesses said artillery shelled eastern Gaza City and tanks behind the “Yellow Line” fired east of the Shujaiya and Tuffah neighborhoods. Under the ceasefire, that line divides territory held by Israeli forces from areas where Palestinians may remain.
