Tom Lee tied his bullish outlook for Bitcoin (BTC) to his claim that Democrats who resisted crypto legislation before the midterms now favor moving a measure forward.

Lee’s description concerned crypto legislation generally and did not identify a particular bill. It described a desire to pass legislation, not an enacted measure.

In earlier market commentary, Lee argued crypto markets were in a bull phase. He cited nine instances when the market moved above its 200-day moving average from 2012 onward, interpreting eight as bullish signals.
