The Company will be filing a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), which allows the Company to extend the deadline to file its Form 20-F for up to fifteen days. The extension is necessary due to unanticipated delays in obtaining and compiling financial information and other data that is necessary in preparing and completing the financial statements. The company is working diligently to file the Form 20-F as soon as possible.
