Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (DJT) ended Oct. 19 at $6.43, an 8.01% decline that left shares of the Truth Social operator nearly 29% below their Sept. 30 close.

The stock finished Sept. 30 at $9.06, or $2.63 above its Oct. 19 closing price. During the Oct. 19 session, it opened at $7.05 and traded between $6.40 and $7.08 before ending near the day’s low.

In its filing for the three months ended June 30, 2026, Trump Media reported a $238.1 million net loss on $1.67 million in net sales. The loss included $116.7 million tied to digital assets, including pledged assets, through realized and unrealized losses. Trump Media also operates the Truth+ platform.

At June 30, the company held $215.5 million in cash and equivalents, along with $209.2 million in short-term investments. Debt excluding lease liabilities stood at $970.3 million. Trump Media said it expected its liquidity to support current operations for at least 12 months.

The company filed a registration statement Sept. 30 for its proposed merger with fusion-power company TAE Technologies, Inc. The filing projects that existing equity holders of the two companies would each own roughly half the combined business, subject to specified exclusions. It targets a late-2026 closing, but the deal still requires shareholder approval and other conditions. The filing gives no date for a vote.
