President Donald Trump reacted to a U.S. intelligence memo about Iranian efforts against U.S. personnel overseas, CBS News reported, while the document’s author urged broader access to its threat reporting.

Axios reported obtaining a one-page, unclassified memo dated Oct. 23. Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton sent it to Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The memo said U.S. agencies had intelligence indicating a sharp increase in Iranian attempts to target U.S. personnel.

EconoTimes has previously covered Clayton’s request to widen access to the reporting.
